#Envirpoarks Cares . I am Paige Dirksen, born and raised in the south of Johannesburg. Technology was always available to me growing up; in school, we had computer classes, but our program did not teach us many things. I matriculated in 2021, and it was very tough for me to get a job. Then, one day, my cousin introduced me to an amazing program, and I got a qualification in computer training. The first day of class was amazing; I had the best and most patient facilitator, LeeAnne. She taught me how to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I learned many things, such as how to load information onto a USB or, in a more advanced and modern way, how to load information onto a PDF. Learning how to be creative on the computer became very useful to me, and I am very grateful that I took the opportunity to take these classes. I was guided, encouraged, and motivated by my teachers, and this had a huge and positive impact on my life. It was a journey I would never have taken on my own. It has given me the confidence to further my studies. Pastor Greg was very supportive."
